Rochelle Rasheed has a unique ministry to all people, especially women and young people. She is a caring, compassionate, and down-to-earth woman who loves the Lord and His people. Her example inspires others to be more like Christ in the home, school and the church. Rochelle partners with her husband, Rev. Josef Rasheed, Senior Pastor of CrossRoads Church in DeSoto, TX, in ministry at conferences and other events.
Rochelle and Josef are the parents of six children and grandparents to two grandsons and two granddaughters.
GENERAL SESSION SPEAKER – Cheryl Wesley

Cheryl Wesley has a heart for the people of God, particularly women, who find themselves in bondage to the lies of the enemy. A passionate teacher of God’s word, she has been called upon to share with women of various cultures, ages, ethnicities and denominations. A trained professional counselor and educational administrator, she uses humor, current affairs and even pain to bring forth God’s word; all to help women apply His truth to their current circumstances.
Cheryl Wesley is married to Dr. Karry D. Wesley, Senior Pastor of Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas, TX, they are the proud parents of three God fearing and loving sons, two daughters-in-laws Christopher (Skylar), Karl (Jasmine) and Charles and their first grandson, Kamden.
MUSICAL GUEST – Marie Brown

A committed woman of God, Marie Brown serves as the first lady of the Greater Ebenezer Missionary Bible Church.
She strongly believes that worship to God is expressed through the believer offering every area of their life to God. She embraces the work of the Lord with passion. Her worship to the Lord includes; serving as Sunday school teacher, music ministry coordinator, interim children's ministry coordinator, Psalmist, worship leader, bible teacher, conference speaker.
Marie has served as the Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor of the Antioch Fellowship Missionary BaptistChurch for seventeen years. She is a graduate of Southern Bible Institute with a degree in Biblical Studies. Her hobbies includes; singing, sewing, reading, and hanging with her best friend; her husband, Rev. Anthony Brown (the love of her life). They have been married for 32 years.
She is the proud mother of three sons, Ezra, Barry(Desarae), and Anthony, Jr. (Elyscia) and passionately known as (GiGi) to her thirteen grandchildren.
Marie strives to live her life as a life that pleases God by following His command in Matthew 22:37 which says, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.”(NIV)

Chrystal Evans- Hurst is an energetic, life-loving “girl-next-door” who loves encouraging others to fulfill their potential in Christ. With humor and vulnerability, Chrystal tells it like it is, but does so with grace, integrity, and love. She is the best-selling author of She’s Still There and Kingdom Woman. You can find Chrystal regularly sharing encouragement via podcasts and blogs, where she poignantly reflects on faith and speaks with frank honesty and practical wisdom about experiences that affect women every day. Chrystal firmly believes God’s promise in Jeremiah 29:11, “I know the plans that I have for you…” and she desires to help other women believe and apply that truth to their lives. Chrystal resides in Dallas, TX with her husband, Jessie Hurst. They are the proud parents of two daughters, three sons and two grandchildren.
WORKSHOP SPEAKER – Quenita Fagan

Quenita “Que” Fagan is a passionate and committed woman not only to her faith, but also her faith serves as a critical component to anyone who wants to live a bold life with impact. Based on her 20+ years working tirelessly in the community and rising through the ranks as a leader of organizations with extremely limited exposure to diversity and innovative thinking, Que has always made her faith the deciding factor in standing out and thriving as an instrument of God’s grace. Her career and service has taken her from membership on boards that are a ripple effect in communities to her participation as a guest of the White House during the Obama administration.
Que’s service continues as an entrepreneur, speaker and coach whose mission includes exposing people to how they can curate their lives in a way that it experientially allows them to curate a life of purpose, impact and value
WORKSHOP SPEAKER – Elizabeth Moffitt

Elizabeth Moffitt, President of The Christopher Quinn Group, Inc., a DBE certified human resource, business process outsourcing (BPO), training and consulting firm has been working in the Human Resource field for 20-years. Using her skills as a Certified Professional Coach and Mediator, Mrs. Moffitt helps clients connect with their employees to utilize these valuable resources to their fullest potential.
For more than 11 years, Mrs. Moffitt has facilitated courses such as job readiness, basic business, understanding of your legal rights in the work place, communications, team-building, project management and conflict resolution throughout various nonprofit, small business and faith-based organizations as a training consultant and Adjunct Instructor at Mountain View Community College. Additionally, she has taken her passion for human resources and developed Career Clique, a free career support program that assists candidates in successfully obtaining gainful employment.
MUSICAL GUEST – Teresa Durham-Daniels

Teresa Durham-Daniels has vowed to serve God in whatever capacity He chooses to use her. She is thankful for her life and those He has chosen for my life to impact my life.
Teresa is the wife of a loving man, Vincent Daniels Sr., the mother of an amazing son, Josiah Bryce Durham and a daughter, Jania Mo’Nique who is resting in the arms of GOD.
Graduating from the School of Performing Arts at Booker T. Washington, she studied Visual Arts and attended VTI Institute with a Certification in Computerized Office Administration and has been retired from the United State Postal Service-MPO of Dallas for 4 years.
WOMEN’S IMPACT SUNDAY SPEAKER – Cathy Moffitt

A former school teacher and community relations manager, Dr. Moffitt works as the founder and President of Heartfelt International Ministries, Inc. She provides professional training and development, community relations and fund-raising assistance to major corporations and non-profit organizations. Active in many organizations, she received the 1995 Alumni Ambassador Award from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Dr. Moffitt has created seminars for teachers and educators who are interested in transitioning into the business world; developed a Christian Women’s Leadership Development Program for adult women, originated a successful lunch bag series targeted at motivating men and women in their work place.
Answering a call to full-time ministry, Cathy retired on March 16, 2001 as Corporate Volunteer and Public Education manager in the Dallas Area Community Relations Department with a local utility company. She still continues to share her talents with the local community by participating in various community organizations. She is actively involved as board member of several major nonprofit agencies and civic organizations. She integrates her professional background and corporate experience to empower both men and women to maximize their talents and abilities in the work place and church environment.
Dr. Moffitt, a certified Lifeforming Transformational Coach, is a graduate of Leadership America, Leadership Texas, Leadership Dallas, 2008 Summer Leadership Institute @ Harvard Divinity School and the 2006 Southwest Leadership Summit. She also earned a post-graduate Certificate in Community Relations from Boston College. She holds four degrees, B.S. and M.S. education from Texas A&M University-Commerce and, a M.A. in Human Relations & Business from Amberton University, Garland, TX. Dr. Moffitt, a Spring 2018 graduate, received her Doctor of Ministry, with a concentration in Ministry Leadership Coaching from Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA.
She is married to Lorenzo D. Moffitt, Sr.; together they share four adult children and eight grandchildren.
